Setting Up Reliability

Reliability can be set up for either Defect Report (based on ATA Chapter/Section) or for individual parts (based on unscheduled removals).

Refer to the following sections for information on the steps required to configure each option:

• Defect Reliability
• Part Number Reliability
• Recurrent Category Alert and Chronic
• Setting Up Recurrent Item Notifications

Once the parameters are set up for either option, Recurrent Items are triggered when a parameter is met.
