Import Button, via Purchase Order Detail

The Import button allows users to upload a .xlsx file that will automatically create multiple Purchase Order Detail lines upon a successful import.

Smart Button, via Orders Creation/Update

The Smart Query button utilizes cutting edge AI technology to perform natural language queries in eMRO. This button uses ChatGPT's artificial intelligence to bridge possible logic gaps that appear when querying records using the host window's primary search filters. As such, users can use this button to enter phrases and/or sentences that reflect the parameters of their desired query. Once submitted, eMRO will display an associated filter alongside the records that fall under the search criteria.

Note: The Filter name can only contain letters, numbers and underscores. An error message will appear upon saving if other character types are entered.

Note: The user has the option to delete a filter configuration using the Delete button.
