Task Card Phase

The System Transaction Codes are displayed with both the Code Names and Descriptions. The Code Descriptions directly illustrate their functionality and role in the system, as fields are populated and tasks are performed.

General Description:	Task Card Phase assigns a pre-defined sort order of Task Card.

Functions:	Sorts the Task Card by Phase when attached to a Work Order

Available Functionality:

This transaction code sorts the Task Card by Phase when attached to a Work Order. The Task Card Phase code may be entered via Setting/Explorer/System Transaction Codes.

Set-up is identical to the creation of any other System Transaction Code and contains an additional field for the sort order of the Task Card Phase.

TaskCard Phase Transaction Code

This allows the user to pre-define the sorting group of the task cards so when placed on a work pack the task cad will be sorted and printed the order of required performance. The Task Card Phase is available via Engineering/Update/Task Card on the Optional 1 Tab.

This way when the task card is attached to a work order the task cards will appear and print in a logical performance order.
