Notes Button, via A/C P/N Transaction

Select the Notes button to enter any notes that will be associated with the currently selected record. When selected, the Note Pad window pops up. Users have options such as deleting, or printing a note that they created.

If a record does not have a note linked to it, the following icon appears in the window:

Once a note has been created and saved, the following icon will appear in the window:

eMRO New Header Button, via A/C P/N Transaction

The New Header button allows the user to make changes to an existing A/C P/N Transaction without creating a new header.

When the New Header button is selected, the fields in the A/C P/N Transaction header for the current record become editable.

In the image below, the Defect Type and the Defect fields were altered.

Note that the A/C P/N Transaction detail has been updated to reflect the change without creating a new header.
