The Import Work Order Task Card From History button allows the user to import E/Cs, Task Cards, and Non-Routine Task Cards from previous checks (such as C checks, weekly checks, etc.) to a new Work Order.

This button is security controlled via Production/ Update/ W/O/ W/O Task Card From History Import. For more information refer to the Security Explorer of the System Administration module.

Note: This import option is only used for Third Party Work Orders. The Third Party checkbox must be checked for this option to be available.

From the Work Order Detail, Optional tab, select the Import Work Order Task Card From History button.

The system displays the Import W/O Task Card From History window:

Enter any of the below search criteria to query for a desired Work Order and select the Find button.

For information regarding the above fields, refer to the Work Order Header, General Tab via the Work Order section of the Production Training Manual.

In the following example, the user will use the query by Location MIA.

The following Work Orders from MIA will appear:

The user may select individual Work Orders, or they may utilize the Select All button and/or the Deselect All button to to select desired Work Orders. In the following example, the user has selected all Work Orders. All E/Cs, T/Cs and N/R T/Cs associated with the Work Orders appear in their respective panels.

Select the desired E/Cs, Task Card(s) and Non-Routine Task Card(s), then select the Save button. This will complete the import process.
