Customer Invoice Order Authorization Charges

The Customer Invoice Authorization window breaks down the following charges against an invoice as shown below:

• Exchange Order Charge
• Labor Charge
• Material Charge
• Miscellaneous Charge
• Service Order Charge
• Repair Order Charge
• Other Charge

Note: Additional flags will appear if the Contract is not found, or if the Contract end date has expired.
