The Training Class Enrollment, Detailed Schedule Tab allows for the entry of detailed information related to the schedule (start/end date/time) of the Training Class. Many schedules can be entered. At default, newly created records on the Detailed Schedule Tab will include schedule information as it was entered on the Training Class Enrollment, General Tab (Course Start Date and Course End Date fields).

The following information/options are available in this window:

Location

The Location for maintenance events, inventory stores, orders, transactions, or training events.

Class

The classroom (within the Location) associated with the class.

Start Date / Time

The start date/time for the class.

Completed Date / Time

The end date/time for the class.

Course Time

The total time/hours for the entire class.

Trainer

The course trainer.

When security if activated, all of the fields in this tab are informational only. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.
