Tech Support Disposition Explorer

The Tech Support Disposition Explorer serves to manage, fix and re-route recurrent items in alert or chronic status. Only items that were previously marked as chronic or alert in the Recurrent Items, Optional Tab and then authorized in Recurrent Item Authorization Explorer will be displayed.

Alert items will be displayed with a yellow icon, Chronic items with a red icon. By clicking on the Expand but_expand_small button next to an Item, the Defect Reports associated with the Recurrent Item are displayed. Select into any defect to open the Defect Report window.

Select into the Recurrent Item to open the Support Disposition Authorization window.

The upper section of the window shows basic information about the Recurrent Item, such as the recurrent item number, status, effected aircraft etc.

The lower section of the window gives the opportunity to mark the part as fixed and/or routed:

The Findings field can be used to add notes to the yellow letter or red letter that can be printed from this program.
