Printing Red Letters and Yellow Letters
From the Tech Support Disposition Explorer, Red Letters and Yellow Letters can be printed.
From the Support Disposition Authorization window, select the Print 
button.
A Red Letter or Yellow Letter will be printed, depending on the category of the Recurrent Defect (Red Letter for Chronic items, Yellow Letter for Alert items):
