Order Receiving by Barcode

Files being loaded from the vendor through the system interface program can be viewed/edited and worked via the Order Receiving by Barcode window. (For more information on the interface program, consult with the appropriate Interface department.) This window allows users to find/edit the existing records through the application. It also contains the Order Receiving by Key Scan button to 'receive' the vendor loaded records using a barcode reader by scanning the barcode on the goods.

Note: The Order Receiving by Barcode window is security enabled. To add or remove security access to users refer to the Security Explorer, Change Security Status button via the System Administration Training Manual.
