Vendor Master, Tech Pubs Address Tab

The Tech Pubs Address Tab is used to enter any contact information for the Tech Pub. The Tech Pub is the person/group who is authorized to make changes to technical documentation from the system.

For additional information, refer to the Tech Pub Request topic via the Library Training Manual.

Note: The content in this tab can be used for informational purposes only, or it can be mapped to a customized print if set up. For additional information, contact the appropriate system Administrator.

The Vendor Master, Tech Pubs Address Tab is security controlled via Settings/ Update/ Vendor Master, Tech Pubs Address Tab. When security is applied to this tab, this window is informational only, and can not be edited. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Contact's address.

City/State

Contact's city/state.

Postal Code

Contact's postal reference (zip/ post code).

Country

Contact's country.

Phone

Contact's telephone number.

Fax

Contact's facsimile number.

Cellular

The cellular number for the contact.

SITA

The SITA identification.

E-mail

Contact electronic mail address.

Technical Publication Contact

The name of the contact related to Technical Publications.
