The Survey Forms button is used to create surveys for A/C Type/Series. A/C Type/Series survey questions can only be answered via the PilotLog application. When all the PilotLog flight logbook entries have been made, the survey will appear for the user to answer the questions. Once the survey is been completed, the answers will be stored in the main system via the Technical Records/ Query/ eTech Logbook Query.
