The Answers button is used to create answers for multiple choice survey questions. When selected, the A/C Type Series Survey Answers window appears.

Select the New button to create each answer the user will be able to choose from when answering the question.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Type/Series

The aircraft type/series the survey form will be available for.

Form Type

The user defined purpose of the survey form (e.g, Fluids, Bird Strike).

Item

The question number/ID.

Question

The question that will appear to the user in the survey.

Answer Code

The short code of the answer used to organize the multiple choices.

Description

The long description of the multiple choice answer.
