Preparing the A/C Readiness Load File, via eMRO Load AC Readiness through TraxDoc
The A/C Readiness import is useful when creating master data. This import can be used to create, add, enhance, or modify the template being used to import aircraft information.
The A/C Readiness Records text file must be laid out as shown in the table below. It is recommended that the A/C Readiness File is opened in Microsoft Excel and inspected to make sure that the criteria defined in the table below is met.
Prepare the Aircraft Readiness Load Excel File (.xlsx) provided by the aircraft manufacturer in Microsoft Excel as follows:
Arrange and modify the columns (fields) to meet the specification in the table below.
Note: The Aircraft Readiness Load Excel File must be created in a specific format. A template has been provided to ensure that the exact parameters are followed for optimal results. Click here to download a copy of the Excel template: eMRO A/C Readiness Load Template. Once ready, the file must be loaded into eMRO in one of the following formats: .xlsx, .csv, or .txt.
Note: Any date entered in the excel must be in the format of MM-DD-YYYY.
