W/O PrintThe W/O Print allows the user to query Work Orders and print the results.
The following information/options are available in this window: Module The module where the Work Orders exist. The options are either Production or Shop. Shop W/Os would be searched for in the Shop module. This field defaults to the module the window was accessed through; only W/Os for that module can be searched for. Status The status of the Work Order. W/O The Work Order used to categorize, manage, and schedule work requirements for aircraft maintenance. Category Work Order Category code. Company The company the Work Order was created for. Location The Location for maintenance events, inventory stores, orders, transactions, or training events. Site The Site where the work should be carried out (if applicable). Employee The employee performing the task. Defect Type The type of defect found on the aircraft (for example, Pilot Report, MX Report). A/C The individual aircraft tail number. A/C Type The type of aircraft. A/C Series The entire Aircraft Series. Schedule Date The schedule date for the Work Order. P/N The Part Number reference for the aircraft part. Task Card The Task Card / Job Card that details the scheduled maintenance work. Parent W/O If this Production W/O acts as a “child” to a parent Production W/O, that parent Production W/O should appear here. Scheduled or NR Select if the related Task Card is Scheduled or Non-Routine. E/C The Engineering Control that specifies aircraft or component scheduled maintenance intervals. Completion Date The date the Work Order was completed. E/C Category The Category of the E/C.
