Shop W/O Print

The Shop W/O Print window features Index print option. This print can be searched for and created in this window.

This window and the print options in this window are security controlled via Security Explorer/ Shop/ Print/ Shop W/O Print. For additional information, refer the the Security Explorer, via the System Administration Training Manual.

 

The following information/options are available in this window:

General Tab

Module

The module where the Work Orders exist. The options are either Production or Shop. Shop W/Os would be searched for in the Shop module. This field defaults to the module the window was accessed through; only W/Os for that module can be searched for.

Status

The status of the Shop Work Order.

W/O

The Work Order used to categorize, manage, and schedule work requirements for aircraft maintenance.

Category

Work Order Category code.

Location

The Location for maintenance events, inventory stores, orders, transactions, or training events.

Site

The Site where the work should be carried out (if applicable).

Employee

The employee performing the task.

P/N

The Part Number reference for the aircraft part.

S/N

The serial number for the specified part.

Other Tab

Sched. Start Date (From - To)

The scheduled (From - To range) start date.

Sched. Completion Date (From - To)

The scheduled (From - To range) completion date.

Actual Start Date (From - To)

The actual (From - To range) start date.

Actual Completion Date (From - To)

The actual (From - To range) completion date.

Customer

The customer who the Work Order was created for.

Created By

The user who created the record.

Labor Actuals Date (From - To)

The actual (From - To range) dates that labor was performed.

The Print button is used to generate the report in the Print Queue.For more information, please refer to the Print Queue topic.

The Print Preview button can be selected to view a pdf sample of the print. This preview opens in a new window.

The Schedule Print button can be selected to allow users to schedule specific prints with unique filters to be automatically generated through a pre-configured schedule. For more information, please refer to the Schedule Print button topic.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.
