A/C Planning Query

The Aircraft Planning Query feature allows for the forecast of aircraft materials and maintenance tools. Essentially, maintenance events are threefold in nature:

1. Scheduled/Planned Maintenance events such as mandatory Engineering Controls (AD, Checks, SB, etc), P/N Controls (TSO, CSO, etc.) and Deferred Defects (M.E.L., Watch Items).
2. Optional Maintenance Events such as Engineering Modifications and company convenience items (fleet campaigns).
3. Unscheduled Maintenance (Open non-deferred defect reports, non-routine task cards).

The type of planning being performed will determine which 'view' to use in the Planning Query. The selected view will alter the available search criteria and results accessible through this window.

Part Forecast view

This view merges the Planning element details (all) and the part Spares Forecasting option from the Detail view

Tool Forecast view

This view merges the Planning element details (only W/Os) and the tool Spares Forecasting option from the Detail view

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

The Filter/Sort button is used to alter the search criteria for records associated with the host module and window. For more information, refer to Filter/Sort Button via the eMRO System Standards Module.

Note: All maintenance planning events (such as E/Cs, Defect Deferrals, and P/N Controls are planned and scheduled to W/Os via the ePlanning application.
