Overview: Training Configuration

The Training module allows for the creation, registration and completion of training courses, which serve the purpose of assigning necessary skills to employees.

Within the system, employee records are automatically updated once the employee in question has marked a course that he or she was registered for as 'Completed.' To create a new course, the user must first assign a skill from the Skill Master records to the course in question. Employee records also need to be updated with previously acquired skills through the Employee Master window. Throughout the process, billing can be recorded, as needed, for these steps.
