Employee AuthorizationThe Employee Authorization and Employee Authorization Approval options are used to maintain records related to the current authorization status of employees. This is useful if the employee’s current License (or other Authorization certification) must be continually updated by taking specific Training Courses, or meeting other specific eligibility criteria. Pre-requisites are defined and employees who do not meet the pre-requisite criteria will not be granted Authorization. The Employee Authorization and Employee Authorization Approval process involves:
The search criteria to query existing records can be entered in the Employee Authorization, General tab. Note: Additional information for records can be included through the Notes For information regarding the options at the detail level upon creating or opening a record, refer to the Employee Authorization Detail. This update window is also available in query mode where users can view the records provided in this window but cannot create new records or edit existing data. Refer to this module's Query menu. |
