Training Class Enrollment Slot Control Validation
Affected Window: w_training_class_eu
Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, the Department, Division, and Section appearing on the Training Class Enrollment, Slots tab will have to match the Department, Division, and Section of the Employee being enrolled.
The following Employee has been set up to have a particular Department, Division, and Section.
Notice the Employee is being enrolled in a Training Class.
With the switch set to Yes, the Department, Division, and Section are validated in the Training Class Enrollment, Slots tab.
Switch Set to No:
When set to No, only the Department of the Training Class Enrollment, Slots tab will have to match that of the Employee being enrolled.
The following Employee has been set up to have a particular Department, Division, and Section.
Notice the Employee is being enrolled in a Training Class.
With the switch set to No, only the Department is validated in the Training Class Enrollment, Slots tab.
