Close Training Course If All Students Have Completed It
Affected Window: w_training_employee_completion
Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, the Training Course Status will automatically be set to ‘Closed’ if all enrolled students have completed it.
The following Employee has been enrolled in and completed a Training Course.
Notice the Training Course Status is automatically set to ‘Closed’ Status.
Switch Set to No:
When set to No, the Training Course Status will not automatically be set, but will remain ‘Open,’ even if all enrolled students have completed it.
The following Employee has been enrolled in and completed a Training Course.
Notice the Training Course Status remains in ‘Open’ Status.
