Allow users to sort and filter the data in Training Forecasting

Affected window: w_training_forecasting_qry

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the system will allow users to sort and filter the data in Training Forecast.

The user can select into the Training Forecasting window to bring up the Sort/Filter selection window.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the system will not allow users to sort and filter the data in Training Forecasting.

The Sort/Filter window will not appear if the user selects into the Training Forecasting window.
