Training Class Enrollment Location Validation

Affected Window: w_training_class_eu

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the Location of a Training Course Class and the Location of an Employee must match for the Employee to appear in the Training Class Enrollment, Training Employee tab to be enrolled.

The following Employee has been set up for a particular Location.

For a different Location, a Training Class Enrollment record has been created.

Notice the Employee does not appear in the Training Class Enrollment, Training Employee tab to be enrolled.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the Location of a Training Course Class and the Location of an Employee does not need to match for the Employee to appear in the Training Class Enrollment, Training Employee tab to be enrolled.

The following Employee has been set up for a particular Location.

For a different Location, a Training Class Enrollment record has been created.

Notice that even though the Location of the Class and the Employee do not match, the Employee appears in the Training Class Enrollment, Training Employee tab to be enrolled.
