Shop W/O Task Card Work In Progress

The Shop Work Order Task Card Work In Progress option is used by technicians to sign-on and sign-off Task Cards on a Shop Work Order. The system will record the personnel that have worked on the Task Card and the amount of time that they took to carry out the task. This provides up-to-date analysis of the work in progress and the costs involved. For Third Party purposes, this will mean the ability to accurately bill the customer as required.

Bar Coding can be printed on the Task Cards and used to enter the data and update the times without having to use the keyboard.

Management reporting can be produced online real-time if this option is used for Shop Work Orders.

Items within the Task Card can be individually completed if required. This allows a greater level of control and is an optional feature.

Once all Task Cards have been completed in this way, the Shop Work Order will automatically move to Completed status and is ready for a final check and update before closing.

The system will record the personnel that have worked on the Task Card and the amount of time taken to carry out the task. This provides an up-to-date analysis of the work in progress and the costs involved. For Third Party purposes, this will allow for the accurate billing of the customer.
