Quality Assurance Forecasting

The Quality Assurance Forecasting option allows the user to query for quality assurance information using a variety of search criteria. This information is view only and cannot be changed or edited.

Enter the necessary search criteria through the options listed below and select the Find button to generate results. The results that are produced are dependent on the Forecasting Element(s) selected. For additional information, refer to the relevant element below.

Forecasting Elements

The primary forecasting elements allow for the user to specify which type of query to run. Multiple records can be selected.

Aircraft checkbox - Select this checkbox to query for Aircraft audits. This option makes the A/C and A/C Type/Series fields available. For information regarding the results produced by this element, refer to the Quality Assurance Forecasting Query by Aircraft.

Employee checkbox - Select this checkbox to query for Employee audits. This option makes the Employee, Department, Division, and Section fields available. For information regarding the results produced by this element, refer to the Quality Assurance Forecasting Query by Employee.

Internal checkbox - Select this checkbox to query for Internal audits. This option makes the Internal field available. For information regarding the results produced by this element, refer to the Quality Assurance Forecasting Query by Internal (Department).

Station checkbox - Select this checkbox to query for Station audits. This option makes the Station field available. For information regarding the results produced by this element, refer to the Quality Assurance Forecasting Query by Station.

Vendor checkbox - Select this checkbox to query for Vendor audits. This option makes the Vendor field available. For information regarding the results produced by this element, refer to the Quality Assurance Forecasting Query by Vendor.

Safety checkbox - Select this checkbox to query for Safety audits. This option makes the Safety field available. For information regarding the results produced by this element, refer to the Quality Assurance Forecasting Query by Safety.

From / To Selection

This section allows for filters to be specified for the aforementioned selected Forecasting Elements.

A/C - The individual aircraft tail number.

A/C Type/Series - The Aircraft Type and Series/Fleet assignment. Enter the From-To aircraft type/series for the forecast request. For additional information regarding A/C Type/Series, please refer to the A/C Type Series, General Tab via the Settings Training Manual.

Employee - The Employee number or code representing the employee.

Department / Division / Section - The department that will be allotted a specific number of slots. Employees who later enroll for this particular class must be associated with the department in the Employee Master. The division of the department that will be allotted the specific number of slots. The section of the department that will be allotted the specific number of slots.

Internal - Select a department to include in the forecast request.

Station - Select a station to include in the forecast request.

Vendor - Select a vendor to include in the forecast request.

Safety - Select safety to include in the forecast request.

Type of Audit

The Type of Audit. The default Steps for each Audit Type that are set up in the Audit Control Category Transaction Code. For more information, refer to the Audit Control Category.

Audit Category Spec

Specific Audit Category. This field allows the user to have many audits types, each with unique Audit Category Specs. For more information, refer to the Audit Category Spec.

Audit Type drop down

Select an Audit Type from the drop down menu to include in the forecast request.

• Schedule
• Second Follow Up

Category

The Audit Category Code.

Audit Reference No.

The reference number associated with the Audit.

Audit Executor

The employee who executed the audit.

Auditor

The name of the employee who created the audit to include in the forecast request.

Auditor 2

The second Auditor associated with this Audit.

Auditor 3

The third Auditor associated with this Audit.

Due Date From / To

Enter the (From-To) Due Date of the audit for the forecast request.

Last Accomplished Date From / To

Enter the (From-To) Last Accomplished Date of the audit for the forecast request.

Audit Issued Date From / To

Enter the (From-To) Audit Issued Date of the audit for the forecast request.

Completion Date From / To

Enter the (From-To) Completion Date of the audit for the forecast request.

Created Date From / To

Enter the (From-To) Created Date of the audit for the forecast request.
