Quality Assurance Module
The Quality Assurance module is used to collect data and evaluate the performance of employees, vendors, stations, and internal personnel. The module acts as an effective internal and external evaluation program that will bring benefits that go beyond regulatory compliance. The discipline, structure, and added oversight afforded through these evaluations can provide better management information and controls, leading to increased efficiency.

The primary objectives of a quality system are to enable the approved maintenance organization to ensure that it can deliver a safe product and that it remains in compliance with the requirements set forth by the Authorities.
An approved maintenance organization must establish a quality system that includes:
Independent Audits in order to monitor compliance with required aircraft/aircraft component standards and adequacy of the procedures to ensure that such procedures invoke good maintenance practices and airworthy aircraft/aircraft components.
A quality feedback driven reporting system that directs results to the person or group of persons specified in the Authority requirements. The persons ultimately report to the accountable manager who ensures proper and timely corrective action is taken in response to reports resulting from the independent Audits. Also to enable the accountable manager to be kept informed of any safety issues and the extent of compliance with authorities’ requirements.
The Quality Assurance module aims to provide the facilities to schedule and carry out these objectives.
