MEL Master, Dispatch Tab
The MEL Master, Dispatch tab contains the instructions for Dispatch informing them of the procedures to follow when there is an open MEL that will affect the take off/landing of an aircraft.
This information is updated when there has been a revision to an MEL, and is auto populated during the SGML load of MELs.
