Location Master, Man Hour Cost Rate Tab

Select a location and select the Man Hour Cost Rate Tab.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Time Zone drop down

A drop down selection of any time zone in the world.

Day Rate

Enter the mark up (percentage) for the day rate of pay (i.e. 0% mark up because it is a day shift therefore the regular rate of pay applies).

Day Start Time

Enter the time each day shift begins.

Note: This field becomes mandatory if either the Day Rate or Night Rate values are greater than zero.

Night Rate

Enter the mark up (percentage) for the night rate of pay (i.e. 25% mark up because it is a night shift therefore a higher pay rate applies).

Night Start Time

Enter the time each night shift begins.

Note: This field becomes mandatory if either the Day Rate or Night Rate values are greater than zero.

Rate Percentage of Work

Enter the mark up (percentage) for rate defined per country (i.e. Country A may have a mark up of 100% because it's geographic location is more dangerous than country B).

Standard Rate of Work (Monday-Sunday)

Enter the standard mark up (percentage) rate for each day of the week (including weekends).

Holiday Date

Enter the date of the holiday.

Description

Enter the description of the holiday (i.e. Christmas).

Rate

Enter the mark up rate of pay for that holiday (i.e. 50% mark up because it is a holiday therefore a higher pay rate applies).

Repetitive checkbox

Select this checkbox if this mark up rate is to be repeated yearly for this holiday.

Created By

The user who created the record.

Created Date

The date the record was created.

Modified By

The user who last modified the record.

Modified Date

The date the record was last modified.

Note: Rates can also be marked down using a negative value.

Note: The above window and information is available via Settings/Query/Location Master. Here the user may query by location. The information in this window is view only and cannot be updated from the Query option.
