The A/C tab of the P/N Inventory Control Prorating Install Scenarios window displays the breakdown of the remaining flight time by aircraft.
The following information/options are available in this window: Control The time control related to the part (e.g., TSN, TSO, etc.) used to define its limits. A/C Aircraft that this Time Control applies to. Leave blank for all aircraft. If one aircraft has a specific limit and the others are the same, then you must have two entries for that control, one with the aircraft Tail Number and one with a blank in the aircraft field. A/C Tail Numbers can later be specified if a particular Time Control will only apply to that Tail Number when this P/N is fitted. Outside Time Accrued - Any actuals entered for a prorated P/N Control where the time is not accounted for down to the A/C Type/Series and/or the NHA. Note: If time is unaccounted for, the system will always use the lowest proration schedule for the calculation of this time. Initial (X) - Any actuals entered for a prorated control where the times are accounted for down to the A/C Type/Series and/or the NHA. Note: For example, in the above window 'Initial B737-700' actuals were entered within the P/N Control Loaded Times Proration window. All Other A/C - Any actuals that are accumulated against an A/C Type/Series and/or NHA which do not have defined proration limits/schedule. Note: All other Aircraft Type/Series and/or NHA will use the defaulted P/N Control Schedule. A/C Tail / NHA - Historical actuals accumulated from aircraft or NHA within your system. Note: This information only appears once the prorated part is removed from the aircraft and/or NHA. Prorated Actuals Hours/Cycles/Days The prorated time accumulated per All Other A/C, A/C Type/Series and/or NHA. Prorated Remaining Hours/Cycles/Days The prorated remaining balance broken down by All Other A/C, A/C Type/Series and/or NHA. Total Percentage Used Hours/Cycles/Days Seamless Prorated Part Formula via the Settings/P/N Master, P/N Control Button. _____________________________________________________________________________________ If the Actuals are greater than the Schedule limit, but the proration Actuals are less than the Schedule limit, the system will use the Proration Actuals in RO Receiving. Note: When the prorated part is installed on a particular A/C, the values of the prorated Actuals are populated from Planning Query. |
