The Task Card Survey allows the user to set up survey questions for a Task Card before the Task Card can be closed. Answering these questions may be mandatory if the Response Mandatory checkbox is selected. There are several answer types that can be created: AlphaNumeric, Numeric, AlphaNumeric Range, Numeric Range, Yes/No and Multiple Choice.
