Compliance Button, via Engineering Control Shop Detail

Select the Compliance but_compliance_sm button to view compliance records associated with this E/C. When the E/C is used on a Work Order, a record will be maintained on this window. The record will contain the Work Order number and the Aircraft/Part that it was used on.

 

The following information/options are available in this window:

Revision

The Revision of the E/C at the time of compliance.

Amendment

The Amendment of the E/C at the time of compliance.

Frequency Count

Displays at which frequency the E/C was complied on (out of the E/Cs total frequency, as defined in the E/C Schedule tab).

Order NO

The relevant Repair or Work Order Number the E/C was complied against.

Reset By

The user that accomplished the Work Order Closing (Production or Shop), receiving of the Repair Order, completion of Receiving Inspection, or Manual Compliance.

Reset Date

The date the E/C was complied with.

Reset Hours/Minutes

The time this E/C was complied with.

Note: If the Compliance is via a Repair Order, the Compliance information can be manually entered in Repair Order Receiving. If this was a Manual Compliance, it is the time that was manually entered.

Location

The location the E/C was complied at.

Employee

The Employee that conducted the E/C Compliance.

Document

The Document information entered in Manual Compliance.

Remarks

This field is used to enter any additional information regarding the compliance event. This is a free text field.

Batch

The inventory number that is currently associated with a part or group of parts. A part's Batch number can change after various types of transactions take place.

Goods Rcvd Batch

The original inventory number assigned to the part or group of parts when initially introduced/received into inventory. This number will remain the same for a part even if/when the part's Batch number changes.

Created By

The user who created the record.

Created Date

The date the record was created.

Modified By

The user who last modified the record.

Modified Date

The date the record was last modified.
