S/O Reservation Control

The Customer Order Reservation Control window allows users to create or cancel part reservations for a Customer Order.

The following tabs and buttons are available in this window.

A picklist can be printed, and the items on the order may be reserved.

If a S/N or batch is entered on the Customer Order, this option will reserve that specific item. Otherwise, the system will automatically choose the item to sell.

This functionality can also be accessed by clicking on the Picklist Reservation button when creating a new Customer Order.

If there is a shortage, a Picklist Shortage Print will appear and you will have the option of printing (Print button) or e-mailing (E-mail button) this document. If there is available quantity, a Picklist Preview will appear, verifying that the part was reserved.

If items are not available in stock, the system can produce back orders (requisitions) for these items. A report can also be produced detailing the shortages.

The option of canceling the picklist reservation by clicking on the CXL RSV (Cancel Picklist Reservation) button is also available.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

The Filter/Sort button is used to alter the search criteria for records associated with the host module and window. For more information, refer to Filter/Sort Button via the eMRO System Standards Module.
