Selecting the Action Required button prompts the Action Required pop-up window, which displays all required actions listed against the Audit record. Users can add and delete actions as they see fit.

Note: The data displayed by this button is intended for informational use only.

The following information/options are available in this window:

New button

Select this button to create a new Action line.

Delete button

Select this button to delete an Action line from the pop-up window.

Save button

Select this button to save all changes made in the pop-up window.

Notes button

Select this button to view/add/delete notes associated with the record

Audit Log

The numerical identifier associated with the parent Audit Creation/Following Detail.

Item

The associated Step number.

Action Required From

The employee required to complete the assigned Action.

Received Date

The date the required action was received.

First

The date the first follow-up will be sent to the associated employee.

Second

The date the second follow-up will be sent to the associated employee.

Final follow-up

The date the final follow-up will be sent to the associated employee.
