Audit Creation/Following

After the basic information for the Audit is entered via the Audit Requirement Master option, the Audit should be created via the Audit Creation/ Following option.

The Audit Creation allows for the creation of the Audit (along with the Steps required during the Audit performance). The Steps that are created and included in the Audit Creation process will require compliance for the Audit to be successful.

The Audit Following allows for the entry of the Audit Findings (results) as the Audit is actually performed. The Findings are entered by compliance of the Audit Steps.

For information regarding the search criteria to find a record, refer to the Audit Creation/Following, General Tab.

Additional information can be included through the Notes eMRO_but_Note_Main button.

When creating a new record or editing an existing record, refer to the Audit Creation/Following Detail.

This update window is also available in query mode where users can view the records provided in this window but cannot create new records or edit existing data. Refer to this module's Query menu.
