Warning Messages
If there are any issues or problems when an E/C or P/N Control is linked to a Work Order, warning messages will be displayed in the Messages window of eMRO. The Messages window is accessible through eMRO's navigation panel.
In the below example, a Called On E/C contains no Task Cards.

The following issues will trigger notifications in the Messages window in eMRO when planned against a W/O:
- when an E/C is attached and there is already an E/C on a W/O for that specific aircraft (in order to prevent over-maintaining)
- when the W/O Status is not valid to add the E/C
- when the E/C or P/N Control does not contain any Task Cards
- when the E/C has been Terminated for a particular aircraft
- when the E/C has been Canceled for a particular aircraft
- when the E/C is Not Applicable to a particular aircraft
- when the E/C has been Rejected for a particular aircraft
- if an invalid E/C is selected
- if a P/N and S/N are not entered/found
- if the E/C is not effective to that aircraft
- if the E/C is not effective to the P/N and S/N
- if the E/C has not been authorized
- if the E/C is Terminated against the entire fleet and cannot be attached to any Work Order
- if the E/C is Canceled against the fleet and cannot be attached to any Work Order
- if the E/C is Not Applicable against the fleet and cannot be attached to any Work Order
- if the E/C is Rejected against the fleet and cannot be attached to any Work Order
- if switch
ECCBCDW is set to Yes, an alert appears when an E/C that has the Calendar Days field set to Yes is linked to a W/O - if the E/C already exists on a Work Order
- if the E/C has not been authorized
- if the P/N is not effective to the Work Order A/C
- if the P/N and S/N are not installed on the W/O A/C
- if the Task Card has not been authorized
- if the Task Card has a Location/Site conflict with the Location/Site of the Work Order
- if the E/C or P/N Control contains no mandatory Task Cards
- if a user selects a Parent E/C which controls the schedule of a Child E/C, the above warnings will appear for all dependent E/Cs
