Select the Calling Task Card Button to create a link between two or more Task Cards performed within the same Work Order. Once the parent T/C is linked to a W/O, any called on T/Cs that are listed in this window will also be linked to the same W/O. Additionally, this function can help the user easily annotate the relationship between the T/C.

Note: This button works in conjunction with the Add Call On Task Cards checkbox via the AMM Load. For additional information, refer to the Load an AMM through TraxDoc topic via the TraxDoc Training manual.

When the Calling Task Card Button is selected, the Calling Task Card window appears as follows:

The following information/options are available in this window:

Task Card

The Task Card / Job Card that details the scheduled maintenance work.

Calling Task Card

A Task Card to be associated with the previously selected Task Card.

Description

A description of the relationship between the two Task Cards.

After the user enters the related Task Card, the user can click the Save button.

The result will be that the related Task Card will be called on and displayed with the initial Task Card in the Work Order.
