Users can only be added to one Authorization Group at a time.

eMRO

Users can be added to multiple Authorization Groups at the same time. Select the checkbox(es) next to the applicable Authorization Group(s), select the User(s) to add to the group(s), then select the Add Selected User(s) to Group(s) button.
