The cost of the Manual.

Order Reference

The order reference information for the Manual.

Order Date

The date the Manual was ordered.

Receiving Date

The date that the Manual is expected to be or was received.

Order Description

A description of the Manual’s order (i.e. subscription).

LEP Check Date

The List of Effective Pages check date for the Manual.

Bond Held Amount

The amount of bond held for the Manual.

Revision Service checkbox

Check to indicate that the Manual has revision service associated.

Owner

The owner of the Manual.
