ConditionThe Condition transaction code is primarily used to describe the condition of ordered parts. The following are examples of Condition options that users can choose from. The following additional functionality is available from this transaction code.
The following information/options are available in this window: X/O Exchange Fee Percent Allows users to charge a percentage against the part being ordered through an Exchange Order Out transaction. This percentage is multiplied against the Unit Sell price of the part being ordered with this Condition (the Unit Sell price is defined for parts and their Conditions through the Sell R/N Unit Cost Percent Allows users to charge a percentage against the part being ordered through a Rental Order transaction. This percentage is multiplied against the Unit Sell price of the part being ordered with this Condition (the Unit Sell price is defined for parts and their Conditions through the Sell S/O Unit Cost Percent Allows users to charge a percentage against the part being ordered through a Sales Order transaction. This percentage is multiplied against the Unit Sell price of the part being ordered with Condition 'NEW' (the Unit Sell price is defined for parts and their Conditions through the Sell Value Base On Life Limit checkbox The Value Base On Life Limit checkbox functions by selecting a P/N Control which will re-evaluate the life limit of the part once the part is returned into inventory.
For additional information, refer to Value Base On Life Limit checkbox. P/N Control The P/N Control field works in conjunction with the Value Base On Life Limit checkbox. This field allows the user to establish a P/N Control. The Life Limit of the P/N Control will be re-evaluated once the part is returned to Inventory. Note: The P/N Control field is only available when the Value Base On Life Limit checkbox is selected. Value of Part Based on Condition The Value of Part based on Condition field allows the user to establish a value of a part based on a Condition Transaction Code. Once this Condition is selected during the Order Receiving process of an Exchange Order Out, the Local F/A Amount for Part Number will be re-evaluated based on the Value of Part based on Condition percentage. For additional information, refer to Value of Part based on Condition. Note: This functionality only works for Exchange Order Out transactions. Spec2K Condition Allows users to enter a Condition that is recognized by the Spec2K interface.
