Select the Contact button to select the main contact person/department for the order's Customer. Contacts are linked to Customers through the Contact Button, via Customer Master in the Settings module.

When the button is selected in the order window, a window pops up where the contact options are listed. Once a contact is selected, that name is populated in the order's Contact or Attention field.
