P/N Warranty Sell/Shop

The P/N Warranty Sell/Shop, General Tab is used to query for warranties created for parts worked on through Third Party Shop W/Os based on the following search criteria. Enter any of the below search criteria to query for a desired record and select the Find button.

The system displays the P/N Warranty Sell/Shop window.

Query:

The following information/options are available in this window:

Logic drop down

Select one of the following logic functions to filter for data:

<= Less than or equal to.

<> Not equal to.

= Equal to.

>= Greater than or equal to.

Like Show data like or similar to.

Order Type

Enter the Type of Order to be queried for. The user may select from one of the following:

• S/O
• W/O

Order Number

The type of order and the order number for the transaction.

P/N

The Part Number reference for the aircraft part.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Order Type

The order type associated with the P/N Warranty record.

Order NO

The order number associated with the P/N Warranty record.

Batch

The batch number associated with the P/N Warranty record.

GRB

The good received batch number associated with the P/N Warranty record.

Date

The date the P/N Warranty was issued.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

The Filter/Sort button is used to alter the search criteria for records associated with the host module and window. For more information, refer to Filter/Sort Button via the eMRO System Standards Module.
