Employee Authorization Approval, General Tab

The Employee Authorization Approval, General Tab is used to query for Employee Authorization Records. The following information is displayed in this window.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Status

The status of the employee authorization record.

Authorization Code

The Authorization Code for which the employee will receive Employee Authorization Approval.

Category

The category with which this Training Course is associated.

Employee

The employee who will receive Authorization Approval.

Company

The company associated with the employee authorization record.

Name

The name of the employee who will receive Authorization Approval.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.
