Copy Budget Button, via G/L Budget

Select the Copy Budget button to copy a budget from one year to another for a selected G/L Code. The following pop window will appear, as seen below:

The following information/options are available in this window:

G/L

G/L Account for which the budget is to be copied to another year.

From Year

The year from which the budget values are to be copied from which should be the year prior.

To Year

To Year will be copied budget.

Select the Copy button to complete the copy transaction.

Exit to abort the transaction.

The copied budget can then be edited by clicking on the G/L Code and year and entering the appropriate information.
