eMRO Tech Pub Request Management, General Tab

The Tech Pub Request Management, General Tab is used to query for requests based on the following search criteria. Enter any of the below search criteria to query for a desired request and select the Find button.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Status

Select the appropriate status.

Request Log

Complete Request Log number.

Request Type

Correct Request Type.

Priority

Correct Priority code.

Assign To

Select the appropriate party the Request is Assigned To.

Unassigned checkbox

Select this checkbox if this request is unassigned.

Note: The Unassigned checkbox also allows the user to assign a Tech Pub Request. For additional information, refer to the Unassigned checkbox via the Tech Pub Request Management, General Tab.

Requested By

Enter the correct party who made the Tech Pubs request.

Manual

Enter the correct manual description.
