The Unassigned checkbox allows the user to assign a Tech Pub Request.

From the Tech Pub Request Management, General Tab, select the Unassigned checkbox.

• Be sure the Status for the request is 'Open.'
• Fill in any other field as required to narrow down the search.
• Select the Find button.

eMRO displays the following Open requests.

There are two ways to assign a Tech Pub Request:

Method A - The Assigned To drop down menu

Method B - The Assigned tab (For additional information, refer to the Tech Pub Request Management Detail, Assignment tab.)
