CRYPTPASS

Switch CRYPTPASS has be added to the system in order to comply with regulations governing personal data (email addresses, etc.) that are stored encrypted within databases.

This switch will encrypt and decrypt employee personal passwords/data that different interfaces hand over or receive for security purposes. This functionality will mainly apply to Employee Master interfaces where employee records are being managed/updated.

For example, when a new employee record has been created, the email associated to this record will be stored encrypted within the database. As these records are retrieved they will be decrypted and ready for use.

Note: This switch and functionality is available per request. Please contact the Trax Interface department for more information.

SUBLOCATION

When set to Yes, the Sub Location button is accessible from the Location Master. In addition, red text indicating that a location is a Sub Location of a Master Location appears in the Location Master, General tab.

Note: If switch REORLOC is set to Yes, the Sub Location button will not be available in the Location Master. In addition, switch REQNOLOC must be set to No in order for switch SUBLOCATION to function correctly.

When set to No, the Sub Location button, nor the red text indicating that a location is a sub location of a master location are not accessible from the Location Master.
