The Task Card Bid Category Type has been created to capture the cost of Task Card items for a Shop Work Order Bid Sheet.

Note: The fields in the Quote Rates section do not apply to the Task Card Bid Category Type.

Once the Task Card Bid Category type has been selected, populate all relevant fields.

The user may select the New button to add additional records.

Note: This screenshot only shows the relevant potion of the Quote Entry window.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Type

Bid Category Type.

T/C

The Task Card / Job Card that details the scheduled maintenance work.

Hours

The quoted number of hours to complete the work specified.

Labor Cost

Enter the cost of labor required to complete the Task Card.

Material Cost

Enter the cost of material required to complete the Task Card.

Remarks

Enter any general remarks about the Task Card.

Select checkbox

Select this checkbox to have the selected item appear in the W/O Bid Sheet print.

T/C P/N

The Task Card Part Number.

T/C S/N

The Task Card Serial Number.

Quoted Date

The date the request for the quote was created.
