If a discrepancy is found with the document the recipient can record the discrepancy in a note.

Report a problem with the read and sign requirements as follows:

1. Click the Report a Problem button. The Note Pad will open up.
2. Enter the discrepancy in the Note Pad and click the Save button.
3. A System Note will be sent to the Issuer of the Read & Sign.
4. You now have the option to close the Read & Sign Request or leave it open. When selecting ‘closed’ status, a resolution field appears for the user to enter a resolution or comment.
5. The Issuer of the Read & Sign will receive a System Note in the Control Panel Explorer Notes tab.
