Note: The employee license expiration date is entered and can be tracked using the Employee License Query option in the Training Module. If the Task Card Work In Progress option will be used on Work Orders, the employees must have valid Skills for the Task Cards they wish to sign on to, also if their license date has expired, it will not allow them to sign on. Employee training can be assigned and tracked on the system using the Training Course Registration option in the Training module. The employee skill option allows you to define which Skills an Employee possesses. Multiple skills can be held per employee. This information is used in the Production Module to check if an employee is authorized to update a Task Card for a certain skill. Also check if their license has expired. The information in the Employee skill Table can be automatically updated by the Training Course data (Training Module).
