If the Vendor Lead Days are the best of the quotes received for that Quote Number, the user may click on the Prefer By Lead Days 
button to quickly access the vendor with the best lead days.
Select the Prefer By Lead Days button.
The Prefer By Lead Days indicator will then be displayed on the record.
